1. Agreement to these terms

By purchasing or using My Pet Forms products, the free contract generator, or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

2. What we provide

My Pet Forms provides editable document templates and a free online contract generator for pet care businesses. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files — nothing is shipped.

3. Your license & permitted use

Your purchase of any My Pet Forms kit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the documents for your own pet care business. You may customize them with your name, branding, and details and reuse them with your own clients as often as you like.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, give away, or publish the templates (whether edited or not), offer them as your own template or product, or use them to train any automated or machine-learning system. The templates and all related content remain the intellectual property of My Pet Forms.

4. Not legal advice, not official legal documents

Our templates and the free generator's output are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal advice, not official or government forms, and were not prepared or reviewed by an attorney for your situation. They are professionally written starting points you customize and use at your own discretion and risk.

Buying, downloading, or using our templates does not create an attorney-client relationship, and My Pet Forms is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Laws and requirements vary by location and situation, so you are solely responsible for ensuring any document you use is appropriate, complete, and enforceable for your circumstances. We strongly recommend having a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review your final versions before you rely on them.

5. Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind our work. If a file is missing, corrupted, won't open, or is materially not as described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you.

Because our products are instant-download digital goods that you receive and keep immediately, we generally cannot offer refunds for a change of mind, an accidental purchase you have already downloaded, or simply deciding you no longer need the files. Once your files are delivered, they are yours to keep.

6. Delivery & access

After checkout you receive an immediate download link. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. We are not responsible for an inability to download caused by your own device, software, storage, or internet connection, though we're happy to help if you run into trouble.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Pet Forms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our templates or tools. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page governs your purchase and use of the site.
